How do I change the currency/unit selection in the quick view option? You’ll need to do that from the settings page under the quick view page. Though, you’ll be limited only to the currencies in the free version, unless, if you have previously upgraded the app to the full version, hence, you’ll have access to the full currency list. How do I change the currency selection in the grid view option? Please click on any of the three currencies on display on the left column in grid view mode to display the full currency list. How do I get the full currency list? You’ll need to upgrade your app with an In-App purchase to access the full currency list, and any other future upgrades. How do I change the carat purity option for gold? Click on the window of the carat purity, it will display you a list of different gold purities to to choose from. What is the frequency of the data updates? The data is pulled from our data source every hour for the free version, and every 15 minutes for the paid version. This includes the metal rates and currency exchange rates. Why are the prices staying the same (for 2 days)? The commodity markets are closed on weekends and public holidays. However, the metal rates will update automatically once the markets reopen. What are the units that are available on the app? We have tried to make the app as comprehensive as possible, following is a list of the units we have and their descriptions. If you want us to add a unit, let us know and we will incorporate in our next update. Ounce [oz] A troy ounce is equal to 480 grains. Kilogram [kg] The gram is a metric system unit of mass. 1 kilogram = 1,000 grams Tola [Tola] The Tola is a traditional South Asian unit of mass, defined as 3/8 troy ounce, or approximately equals to 11.6638 grams. It is mainly used in trading gold of New Delhi, Karachi, Mumbai, etc. In additional, Tola is as a unit of British Indian system of weights. It is equivalent to 10 grams.
